i have loads of it in the garden, any interesting ideas?

Put it in a pasta salad.
Pasta, spinach, cherry toms, creme fraise and pesto, then scatter roasted pumpkin seeds over it.

Spinach and 4 cheese lasagne - yum!

I love garlic butter spinach -and it's dead easy and quick !

Just pop a big knob of butter in a frying pan, add a clove or two of crushed or chopped garlic, then when it's all sizzly chuck a load of spinach leaves in and stir quickly until the spinach is blanched (you can add more as you go as it's hard to do much at a time !)

Sauteed in butter, seasoned and sprinkled with cheese.

Spinach and potato gnocchi.

Onions, garlic, mushrooms, milk, cream, spinach and ground pepper. Great sauce for pasta, chicken or fish...yummy!

off to the hob now, will use Kelly's at the weekend, just going to reek of garlic tomorrow! Going for a 2 recipe meal, of stress teddy and scatterbrain

btw, if you are going to do mine, you can add a stock cube to the pasta while boiling it for a bit more flavour. Good luck!
