a wee dod of pancetta (ponce's bacon) in a basic tomato sauce is the business.

golden fried red onion + pancetta
then
fried red pepper + chili + garlic

plus jar of sainsbos sugocasa

i think british(english) bacon is the best in the world. anyweher else its not the same.
