Ground beef???

I have some ground beef that my Dh brought home the other night and has to be used today. I made bolonase the other night so don't want to do that again. Can anyone think of what I could do with it using whats in my cabinents?

What about cottage pie?

I don't have any potatos. Its pouring here and I'd rather no go out.

beefburgers - breadcrumbs, chopped onion, a few herbs, season, bind with an egg.

I do have cornbread mix though, I could put that on top instaed couldn't I?

Make it into chili and put the cornbread mix on top before you bake it.

Will it freeze, or has it already been frozen?

I could freeze it but it would never get used. I intend to use meat I have frozen but in the end always forget to thaw .or something
