What can I do with Satsumas?

Its been nearly a week since I did the food shop, most of the fruit has now been eaten but have a bowl of satsumas which have past their best left. Once they are bit old they are not nice and juicy for the children and need to be chewed a bit more before swallowing, hence they cant be bothered. Has anyone any ideas on what I could make with them? or should I just chuck them in the bin.

If you're Kat Slater it makes Alfie Moon fall in love with you all over again...
Sorry I press them into juice and make a jelly with gel leaves...
