My lovely mobile fishmonger gave one to my kid the other day.
Now that was a moral dilemma.
Offend the fishmonger or poison my daughter.

i dont like em myself so wouldnt occur to me to give them to my dc... nor do i have any idea whatsoever of their nutritional content, so cant help.
