Got leeks and celery and most of the basics, what can I make?

I need to use leeks and celery that I bought at the beginning of this week. What can I do, kids won't eat veggie soup but am making a pan full anyway as I love it but there is still loads left.

I've got most of the basics here too so no problem, flour, taties, onions galore, lentils, peppers and sweetcorn - if I don't get inspiration I will end up going shopping for more stuff even though my kitchen is full really. I'm not so good with the finances at the moment, spending too much on shopping so I bet what I've got in now would feed us for the best part of the coming week if only I could think of what to cook. We eat veg mostly but fish and chicken sometimes.

Chicken casserole or chicken pie - celery and leek go nice in both.
