Can I freeze roasted garlic?

If I roast several bulbs at the same time can I use the roasted flesh I need & freeze the rest?
I wanted to use roasted garlic for something today but I wasn't using the oven for anything else & it seemed such a waste to put it on just to roast a wee bit.
TIA

I wouldn't freeze, but you can put it in a jar ,cover it with olive oil and keep it in the fridge for a few weeks

I freeze galic all the time. Just remove all the skin and pop it in a tupperware.
