In Good Food Feb edition they have a section on baking cookies for Comic Relief. I just tried the v simple coconut ones with a blob of jam in the middle and they are v nice and a doddle to make. Check the BBC Good Food website if you don't have the mag. Other than that, brownies with a raspberry 'nose' on the top? Or choc-chip cookies with a cherry nose to keep the theme going. Mary Berry has lots of recipes for 'tray bakes' which are cheap and yummy or Mars' famous lemon drizzle chopped into squares?
