melsy, put cooked chicken and cooked pasta in a dish with cooked brocolli and chuck over cheese sauce and throw in oven for 20mins

sprinkle grated cheese over the top too if you like it crispy

you can add a teeny bit cayenne pepper if you like to pep it up

this is a dinner lady recipe with tuna but can be used with chicken too

dead easy

easy cheese sauce

one ounce flour
one ounce butter
four ounces cheese grated
pint of milk

blend the flour and butter in a pot to get a roue (sp)

carefully add the milk stirring to prevent lumps

when blended, add the cheese and stir til thickened a bit

hey presto
