I use a bread making machine which is great. I made some wholemeal bread which I think is fine. However, my husband thinks its a little dry - does anyone have any suggestions on how to make it a little more light or moist? I thought I would use some Spelt flour next time as well as I've heard this can make the bread texture lighter. Thanks
