Grateful for help on how to cook tofu? I want to use it to give ds protein and make a change from meat or fish. Somebody said you can fry it but how long should you fry it for? and should you fry it in vegetable oil? and will frying take out the goodness - would it be better to boil it (and if so, for how long?). My plan is to have a meal for ds of tofu, rice or potato and a couple of vegetables. grateful for all suggestions on how to do this and best combinations. Also, can any such meal be frozen since I'm still doing the whole icecube thing for ds?
