please help... how do i cook tuna steaks?

you can either fry them for a few mins each side - or grill them few mins each side...

They don't take much cooking..

Oven bake in foil, pan fry, BBQ, or eat raw as sushi.

I have a george foreman grill and cook them on that. They don't take long.

You have to cook them really quickly on a high heat or they become tough as old boot and texture like pork.

I griddle them (like a fry pan but with raised lines) but make sure it is really hot first. Ditto grill or frying pan!

Like most fish, they also do well in the microwave. But you have to be careful not to overcook in that too.
