Oops, too much polenta - ideas?

Have just prepared some cheesy polenta for tonight's dinner. Will be serving it cut into pieces and oven baked with a tomato sauce. But there is no way we are going to get through the amount I have made. Anyone got any ideas how to use up the remainder tomorrow? (I eat fish but no meat.)
