Fed up of making the packet ones that you add egg to. Does anyone have any yummy muffin recipes??(can anyone tell that my mum bought me muffin tins and cases last time I saw her)

I have used this one a couple of times..... the site also has chocolate chip ones.

this book is absolutely fantastic! I have won prizes for my muffins using this (honestly - and you would be even more amazed if you knew me!)
