Is anyone following GF's routines for 12 months+ (Contented Baby to Confident Child or whatever)? Or at least own a copy? If so, could you give me an idea of the mealtimes - and naptimes too?

Many thanks.

sample menu for 18m old (page96)
Breakfast 7.30-8am (milk, cereal with fruit, yoghurt, toast)
mid-morning 9.30-10am (juice+fruit)
lunch 12 noon (chicken/fish, veg, juice/water)
mid-afternoon 3pm (juice/water, fruit/rice cake/plain chocolate)
tea 5pm (pasta with veg&sauce, apple with yoghurt or cheese, milk/juice /water)
bedtime 7-7.30pm (1 cup of full fat organic milk)

sleeping (p100-101)
as a synopsys, it basically says that they would first drop the morning nap but would still have a lunch nap for about 1 1/2 -2 hours. there are 3 routines: 7am-7pm, 8am-7pm, 7am-7.30/8pm

the problem with this second book is that it doesn't give step by step advice as much as the first book does so it is more a question of browsing the book rather than reffering to a particular page for a specific routine. Hope this helps. let me know if you need more detailed information.
