Savoury pancake recipes?

Any one? I need some inspiration

Bacon and mushroom in a white sauce.

grated apple and melted cheese - yum

Prawn and tuna with sour cream and lemon.

Chicken and mushroom in a djon mustard sauce with grated guyere cheese.

goats cheese, cooked onions and a little honey
I can't wait for tomorrow night!

Smoked salmon and cream cheese.
Chicken and sweetcorn in white sauce.
Spinach and cheese.
Roast butternut, soft red onions and mascarpone cheese.

1)add spinash to pancake mix. cook pancakes.
2)Fill with stir fried mushroom and onion and bacon in white sauce.
3)put in baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese
4) put under the grill

I like to make a big batch (with greaseproof paper between them) and use them as wraps for chilli-con-carne with creme fraiche, salad and grated cheese.
