I didn't notice the board this was posted on and my first response was

"Get a better bra!"

Sorry, can't help otherwise!

If you've expected rather a serious answer.
I haven't tried this recipy but in Traditional British cooking book the suggestion was: fry them skin side down for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile sprinkle the meat side with seasoning and finaly grated rind of 1 orange. Turn the duck portions over and sontinue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Spread the skin side with some blackberry/brumble or redcurrant jelly while cooking and pour the juice of 1 orange over the portions. Spread a little more jelly over the duck breasts (in total you'll need about 2 tbsp for the recipy)and cook for 2 more minutes which will leave the breasts just cooked, slightly pink in the middle. Serve with new potatoes and some other vegetable you preffer. recently there have been a lot of publicity for watercress so you could use it as well. Good luck.
