Just had a phone call at work to tell me that the Hipp Growing Up Milk that we had thought we might try for dd this week is out of stock.
"We thought we should ring you now to give you time to make other arrangements, as it's baby milk and we didn't want you to be caught short".
I just think that is tremendous service.
