I have managed to bake 3 7 inch sponges today and am very proud of myself but I have no idea what to put inside them. I wanted a 3 layer cake for my daughters party... tomorrow! but dont really know what im doing. Got the icing ready just not the middle. Is it one layer of jam and them butter cream on the next? How do I make butter cream and wont the sponge just soak up the jam? HELP PLEASE
