Chicken Tikka Masala?

Hello, hoping someone can help me out here!

I make quite a lot of curries, and most of them turn out pretty well.. but they're more "authentic" style curries rather than typical restauranty ones. However, the one curry that I would really like to replicate, but just can not get right, is a good old chicken tikka masala! Even though I usually prefer them really spicy, sometimes you just can't beat it

I've tried a few different recipes, but none of them have been that good. Somebody out there must have a good recipe for me? Pleeease?!! I know it'll never be quite the same as a restaurant one, but even anywhere close to that would be grand...

And what are you looking for? A REAL masala or the western style, dipped in red paint type thing? Whereabouts are you located? Can you get to a asian grocers?

Asian grocers no problem, am surrounded by them in fact! Have got quite a range of spices in the cupboard, too.

Both would be fab... I'll probably like the real one, but if I could produce a "red paint" stylee curry I think I'd become a very popular lady, hehe
