Hi

On Saturday I am holding my son's pizza party which means I'm spending Friday evening making pizza dough and fairy cakes.

On Saturday night we're having some of the party guests stay over and I need to make dinner. Am making something casual but need a VERY QUICK and easy dessert to follow. I have a jar of raspberry coulis in my cupboard which I'm wanting to use. Any ideas of something dead simple, takes no time as I will be sick of being in the kitchen?

ice cream and crushed maltesers and rapberry coulis???

In a wine glass (or clear plastic cup for kids) One layer fresh raspberries, one layer greek yog mixed with icing sugar, sprinkle over scrunched-up meringue, drizzle of coulis. Repeat all layers. Top with 2 fresh rasps.

yeah I'm thinking ice cream with raspberry coulis drizzled over. what's not to like?

Or just some chopped fresh fruit - grapes, melon, mango, ripe pear - with coulis ditto.

Thanks - loving all of them, especially the fresh raspberries/yogurt thing.
