recipe for summer pudding please...

have scoured my books and can't find one for plain summer pudding, can you help, please.

Had a look in Delia - try this:

1 lb raspberries
8 oz redcurrants
4 oz blackcurrants
5 oz castor sugar
7-8 clices white bread

Cook fruit and sugar gently to release juices 3-5 mins.
Line pudding bowl with bread, overlapping and sealing well.
Pour fruit in and cover with bread. Kepp back a cup of juice
Place saucer/plate on top with a weight on top and refrigerate overnight.
Turn out and pour cup of juice on any bits that still look white.
Enjoy!!

(I buy mixed frozen summer berries - juicier and cheaper)
