Toastie success! Now need more ideas...

For valentine's day I got DP a toastie cage that fits into the toaster and lets you make toasties. We've just had delicious ham and cheese ones - what else can we do? Can't be too sloppy as it's not totally sealed, but what are your favourite toasties - sweet or savoury?

ham or frankfurter and cheese with thin spread of wasabi/mustard

Oooh yum, am liking chocolate spread concept. these all sound great. Am still intrigued to hear more about the matting...

Tuna and cheese! Heaven! I like onion and chilli in mind, but then again I'd quite happily put chillies in just about anything...
