I have some. Fresh, not marinated. What do I do with them?

send them to me. yum! you could boil them forever - about 40 minutes - or steam for about 15-20 mins. Much easier to steam. I eat them with a lemon butter dressing - just pull off the leaves, dip in the dressing and scrape the flesh off with your teeth.

Or you can stuff mozzerala (sp?) between the cooked leaves and bake for 20 mins - that is very nice too...

Right, I'm off to the shops...
