I need to plan dinners for the next week but can't be @rsed to do it and am stuck in a rut foodwise - can't bear to eat another plate of pasta.

I will take the next 7 suggestions so long as they are:

a) quick & relatively easy

b) cheese free

c) pasta free

Over to you!

How about this from Saturday Cooks?
I'm going to try it this week as it looked very quick and tasty.
(Gary Rhodes served it with a salad but I think I'll serve with rice)

? 4 large chicken breast fillets, skinned and cut into thin strips or pieces
? 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
? juice of 2 lime
? 1 teaspoon turmeric
? 1 teaspoon paprika
? A good pinch of ground cardamom
? 2 garlic cloves, crushed
? a pinch of salt
? 1-2 tablespoons cooking oil

? Mix together the yoghurt, lime juice, turmeric, paprika, cardamom, garlic and salt.
? Add the chicken strips and stir so that they become totally covered.
? Heat the wok or frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil.
? When the pan is very hot, add the chicken pieces, fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.

bacon and leek cooked together. pour over white sauce. put mashed potato on top and finish off in oven.

very very yumy.

mix jar of mango chutney with tall single cream. add chicken pieces and button mushrooms. cook for 40 mins - 1hr. serve with potatoes or rice.

also very yum, but a bit less healthy.
