Can I freeze rice pudding?

It would seem BabyDragon will permit herself to be fed rice pudding. Rather than fork out for inividual tubs, can I make a vat of it and freeze it in portions??

seems that you can do it safely but would have to decide if the quality was retained after freezing

I have frozen home made rice pud loads of times. It is fine but you will need to add more milk.
