Little potatoes and marscapone

Can I use these two things to make some sort of potato bake?

I would say yes. Peel and thinly slice the potaoes. Place them in a oven proof dish. In a pot loosen the mascarpone with lots of milk over a low heat. Add finely chopped garlic, salt, white pepper and nutmeg. Poor over the potaotes and bake them in the oven at a medium heat for about 40/50 minutes.

Actually as they are little I wouldn't bother peeling, just wash and slice thinly.

The dinner was really nice. It worked out well and I'll be making it again . We had it with sausages.
