what am i doing wrong with my canneloni??

I have followed the directions perfectly...but they pasta NEVER cooks properly and always gos hard and then cracks.....What on earth am i doing wrong?

Not enough sauce maybe...? You have to make the sauce you put on top quite watery to allow the pasta to soak up water from it.

I also sometimes do as Cod suggests and use fresh.

I just use fresh lasgane or soak dried lasagne sheets in hot water for 5 mins then roll.

Was a nice v simple recipe using this way here
My ds and dd made it and it worked much better than when i've used cannelloni before.

or use dried lasagne, soaked 'til pliable. and then have plenty of sauce.
