Cherries!! What to make?

We have just come home with about 10lbs of cherries (for £1 )
Have stoned and frozen the best ones but still have at least 6lbs left. Any ideas??

This recipe is for one with plums, but it should work with any stoned fruit.

Thanks Plibble. Took a while to get back as seems whole world is full of cherries
Frozen cherries, clafoutis, cherry smoothies, cherry and lemon torta AND cherry jam.
Think that should do us for a while!

It was Hitchin market on Saturday. They often have boxes of things that are too ripe for the supermarket. GREAT value but you do have to use them up that w/e which can be challenging

This was definitely one of the BIG bargains (as was a box of mangoes a few weeks ago - mango chutney anyone?)
