Original Shepherds pie recipe
Just buy some ready made puff pastry, roll and cut it out, whack some of the meat mixture into the parcels and bake in a preheated oven (190c) for about 20 mins or until puffy and golden. Et voila, meat and veg pasties ! They also freeze well.
