Hi

I've used bun trays and made individual little cakes - still yum!

I generallly do a double mix, if I am using a roasting dish.

I use a roasting tin and its fine. I line it with greaseproof paper first.

sandwich tin and then mixture left do buns.
My loaf tin was too big so used tinfoil and made a wall and held with wooden pegs..It worked and the pegs did not burn either !!!

I have made it in a roasting tin, brownie tin, cup cake form. Anything goes i would say! I also put choc chips in it the last time i did it, so yum!
