Yoghurt - what types are OK

The only full fat plain yoghurts they had in the supermarket yesterday were either Greek Yoghurt or Bioyoghurt. Can a 7 month old eat these? I know they can have fromage frais and ordinary plain but not sure about Greek or Bio !

my 7moth old ate these. I felt they were better than other yogs as they have no sugar in them. All the baby yogs (execpt the elusive Mums 4 yogs) have sugar in...not good as far as I'm concerned.
DS is now a very "bonny" 9 month old and still loves bio yog with pears, he leans forwards with his mouth open for it!

Both are fine, jsmum! And as robinw's daughter rightly says, they taste good too (although unsweetened Greek sheep's milk yogurt might be on the tangy side for small palates).
