Give the children a thigh each and you have 2 and serve on a plate with salad or veg. That really wasn't what you were after was it?

Er....roast them with baked potatoes or mash?

brown in some olive oil with chopped onions and peppers.

Add tin tomatoes and any other veg you like

cook for an hour and a half at a gentle simmer

delish.

most things just haven't got any chicken recipe inspiration today! Fancy chicken in a sauce but don't know what, I've got cream, tomatoes, cheese etc most things!

casserole - with whatever veggies you have (carrots, peas, sweetcorn, mushrooms, potato etc) - just stick iton a low oven for 1.5-2 hours. Really yummy on a cold day.

a wee curry. fry the chicken first then do an onion, a bay leaf and some spices (dod of garam masala, some cinnamon, ginger, cumin, nothing tricky) add some stock and simmer. add other veggies should you feel the need. sweet potato is nice. anyway, at the end sling in some yoghurt and you're away.
