Marslady's lemon drizzle tray bake is the most famous one you'll come across on here. If you do a search you'll find it all over the place - it is really yummu, (but not as good as my chocolate cake

Malteser buns are really easy and addictively delicious traybakes. There are a few variations but my recipe is:

8oz plain chocolate (can be cooking choc)
4 oz margarine
3 tablespoons Golden Syrup
8 oz digestives
8 oz maltesers

Melt together chocolate, margarine and syrup in microwave for about 3 and a half minutes while you bash up/crush the digestives. Stir chocolate mixture, add digestives then the maltesers. Pour into a tray and leave to set then cover with white chocolate

9oz sugar
9oz butter
12oz s/r flour
4 eggs
3 level tsp baking powder
6 tblsp milk
grated rind 2 lemons

Mix together, put in tray. Bake for about 30mins (dependent on oven).

When baked prick with fork. Take the juice of the 2 lemons heat in microwave for about 20 secs, spoon 3-4 tbs over cake. Mix icing sugar to taste with rest of juice, pour over cake. Yummy!

Alternatively you can mix the COLD lemon juice with caster sugar and pour over cake for more crunchy topping.
