Had to start this one today as I'm feeling all creative - we have belly pork with an orange and tomatoe glaze from my new Apples for Jam recipe book, sweet potato, roast potatoes and cauliflower. Don't know what's come over me tonight it will be back to good old fish fingers tomorrow

We've had a change of plan. DD and I are going to have cod loin wrapped in parma ham with baby potatoes, carrots, corn on the cob and buttered green cabbage. A little bowl of Ben & Jerry's Peace of Cake for pud.

Scrumptious

PandaG · 06/02/2007 16:59

Haddock fishcakes, broccoli, carrots and peas.

DS wouldn't eat them when I made them with salmon, so am trying again!

MarsLady · 06/02/2007 16:59

Roast chicken, rice and veg.

alittlebitshy · 06/02/2007 17:01

sausages, pesto mash and peas

dead easy and quick which is what we need tonight as we're late in.

castlesintheair · 06/02/2007 17:01

We are dining on champagne tonight as DH has (hopefully) got a new job.

I might knock up a seafood papardelle to go with it

feetheart · 06/02/2007 17:10

Pork and sweet potato in orange in the slowcooker. New recipe and looks a bit fatty atm. Will see how it turns out in next 15mins!

clayre · 06/02/2007 17:20

mince and tatties with carrots.

JoshandJamie · 06/02/2007 17:44

I just made a surprisingly yummy chicken tagine with sweet potatoes, carrots, prunes, cinnamon and honey. From the GI diet cookbook - and it is fab. The boys have had their's with peas and mash - and they scoffed it. Not sure what to serve ours with as can't be bothered making more mash (it was leftover)

BettySpaghetti · 06/02/2007 17:51

Tortilla wraps with refried beans and coriander, spicy salsa, cheese, chopped peppers, cucumber (we each add what we like)

smoggie · 06/02/2007 18:00

Moussaka from the Dinner ladies book but with added garlic and cinnamon! Yum!

Overrun · 06/02/2007 18:07

Poached Salmon fillets, soy sauce mashed potatoe, with calabrese stir fried with fish sauce/sesame seed oil and sesame seeds. Also an avacado and tomatoe salad.
Greek yoghurt and fruit for dessert
