Lebanese flatbread - what do I do with it?

I bought some in the local Asian grocers earlier in the week because it looked so nice. I thought I'd heat it under the grill, like a wrap, but it's so thin it just went solid under the grill. What do you do with it? Has anyone got any delicious ideas?

We had a lebanese meal a while ago and they put it in the salad - it was a tomatoey salad with coriander and onions and french dressing as far as i remember. It was hard so maybe that's what it's supposed to be like?

Also when i buy proper turkish pitta bread i put water on it before putting it under the grill, it stops it going hard, might work with this?

nigella does a recipe where she wraps an omlete (sp?) in flat bread for breakfast. the omlete has spring onion, chilli, garlic and some spices in it but not sure which, cumin maybe. she didn't heat the bread, used it as is but the omlete was hot.

is it omlete, or omlette? , my spelling is bad!

That was quick! Thanks very much. I'll do a nice salad tomorrow with it, and also look for Nigella's omelette.
