Help - recipe ideas needed

We've got guests this weekend: one is a fish eating veggie and one doesn't eat dairy produce. We're going out one night, but I need some ideas on what I can cook that everyone can eat for the other! Most of my veggie recipes have cheese in. Any suggestions?

What about a big pot of veg chilli with rice/baked potaoes plus maybe tortilla chips and guacamole?

ooh yes sounds good. You'd have to make sure the guacamole is non-dairy.

My favourites when serving non-daury, non-gluten, non-meat people are seared encrusted tuna (a Jamie recipe - think his second book?) with Jamie's crunchy Thai salad (also Return of the Naked Chef, I think). You could always do some potatoes/wedges or dare I say it, quinoa, (with a bit of lime juice & spring onions in) too.

Sorry don't have the book with me so no recipes but could post later if you can't find them.

This is nice - I'm having it for my tea tonight.

honeyed roast winter vegetable salad

It's quite filling too.

You could just do some fish, salmon steaks or something and veg and mash or potatoes on the side, what about baby potatoes in their skins, in olive oil and rosemary?
