did it last night. Was a almost a success.
Ds4 and dd loved it.Ds3 wasnt in a good mood, ate some. DS2 ate a bit but as it was a new thing wasnt keen. DS1 ate it all but said it was too cheesy!!!
Next time I will cook it a bit longer and maybe add less cheese.

Doing stuffe chicken breasts with spinich and pine nuts tonight to use up the huge bag of spinich I bought!!!!

And I am going to try it with cannaloni, as i used raw spinich dont think it would be too messy!!

Thanks for that lisalisa ...
I have a packet of fresh lasagne in my fridge that needs eating but I can't be bothered (and don't have the time) to make proper lasagne at the moment ....
I will cook that tomorrow night for our dinner

I did chicken breasts stuffed with spinich pine nuts and raisins. It was yummy. Older ones said would be better without raisins!

I think I will get DH to try this one with dd's or i will do it slimming world style with quark or cottage cheese, spinach, nutmeg, chuck over passata or some other sauce, spinkle with a bit of parmesan.

This will be tested next week as I have done this weeks shoppping!!

We tried this too on Friday (got the children to make it) and it was fab. Should have separated out the sheets of lasagne before soaking though, as they welded together in the wet and needed a lot of persuasion to come apart again. We all agreed that adding a bit of tomato (sliced/chopped rather than tinned) to the mixture before filling the rolls would improve it even more.
