I've just unearthed a bag of raspberries from my freezer which I am defrosting. I reckon they're about 2 years old!

Are they any good?

they probably won't be much cop to eat by themselves as the texture will have suffered a bit, but would be fine as part of a pudding, splodged into yoghurt, stewed, whizzed into a smoothie etc

OK for jam then?

Guess what I'm going to be doing later?!
