slice up and stir fry in sesame oil.

assume you have at least some other ingredient to make a meal?

just slice into rounds and fry in a little olive oil..... use as any green veg

Stir fry with mushrooms ginger & honey

Slice and layer with sliced potatoes in a dish with a stock cube over the top - cooked in the oven

Sautee with courgette put in an oven proof dish cobver with breadcrumbs & grated cheese & grill

got any cream, wine and frozen peas?

Like the idea of cheese/leek potato bake.would I just chop,cover and bake?Or do I par-boil pots first?

I peel and slice spuds and leeks and put them in a pot for 10 mins to parboil or whatever its called.
then make sauce with flour, mustard, cheese and butter and throw it in a casserole dish for half an hour...I cant cook and its bloody delicious

You've probably already eaten them but they are great steamed then eaten lukewarm with vinaigrette dressing.
