No egg fairy cake recipe? Does one exist?

I was going to make some little cakes with DD1 and DD2 but have no eggs.
Is there a no egg recipe?

How about this recipe?

Ingredients:-

? 225g (8 oz) self raising flour
? 2 tsp baking powder
? 175g (6oz) caster sugar
? 6 tbsp sunflour oil
? 250ml (9 fl oz) water
? 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:-

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a cake tray with cases.
2. Sieve the flour and baking powder into large bowl, stir in sugar
3. Pour in oil, water and vanilla. Mix well with wooden spoon for about 1 minute until mixture smooth, then divide between the cake cases
4. Bake in preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until the center springs back when lightly touched
5. Place on wire rack to cool

I also decorated them with various things ? chocolate spread, jam etc, but they could also be left plain. Or have chocolate chips or raisins inside them
