Quick- pork chop ideas

Am about to grill some v nice looking pork chops. Embarrasingly have never cooked them before - is there anything I could put on them to make them a little nicer?

I sometimes griddle mine with marmalade. Tastes really good.

Forgot to say, cook on one side before putting marmalade on otherwise it'll stick to the griddle!

tonight I will be beating some pork loin chops into submission, putting a sage leaf on them and wrapping in parma ham.

they will then be fried in butter and a sauce made with marsala

Oh they were really, really nice, and the smell was divine. I don't know why it works, it just does.

ooh, i put soy sauce and honey on them. and serve with stir fried noodles and veg. YUMMY!

For another time, fry some onions, garlic and mushrooms together. Add a drop of cider and some cream and stick on top of the chops. Wrap in foil and oven bake...
