nice pudding or cake to freeze...

I wanted to make a pudding or nice dessert type cake to take to a lunch but haven't any time the day before to make something - so are there any nice recipes that could be made this w/end to freeze,ready for the following weekend ?

Delia does these fantastic melting chocolate puddings. They are individual so depends how many you have to do but they cook straight from frozen and really impress.

mmm,sound lovely, but probably a bit impractical as there'll be quite a few people,plus the lunch is 2 hours drive away...but thank you,they'd be nice to do at home. What I really want is something to make this w/end,freeze and defrost next w/end.
