Leftover roast lamb for a moussaka?

I was going to whizz the lamb in the food processor and then add it to a tomato sauce. What do you reckon?

Any other ideas for the leftovers very welcome

Would be fine IMO. Also maybe lamb meatballs with mint or cumin and a yogurt sauce to dip them in are very nice.
