I make a normal chicken stew, then add a small amount of mild/medium curry powder. Taste before adding more
I found some recipes for you here and here

If you're cheating - the Chicken Tonight Creamy Curry cook in sauce is mild enough for DS who's 14 months. In fact, he's having it for his tea tonight (it's low in salt, sugars etc too)

It's really easy:-

  1. Fry off chicken, onion and a bit of garlic
  2. Add a couple of tins of chopped toms and couple of chicken stock cubes and some mild curry powder and simmer for about 15 mins
  3. About 5 mins before the end and some garrama masala (sp)

If you want to make it more interesting you can add in some sliced apples, lemon or sultanans.

My children love curry, especially with a pompadom!

Chilli is also a big hit in this house.
