Pasta with homemade tomato (or roasted veg) sauce. Takes 30 mins tops and v delicious - serve with parmesan, green salad and crusty bread. HTH

Veggie soup with crusty bread!

Whatever veg you have, some red lentils, water and milk. Bring to boil, simmer, blend! That's what I gave the millions of MNers that came to my house last year. They seemed to like it! Oh and lemon drizzle cake to finish... and because I was in a baking mood choccie cake too!

well, after it being cancelled last week due to illness, finally did this today and it was great. in the end we had,

guacamole, with tortillas and potato wedges for dipping,

jacket potatoes for the little ones

nigellas, baked halloumi with chilli, deep fried prawn cakes, and the chocolate cloud cake

it was all yummy, and i am still feeling stuffed

kids all had a nice play, mums sat in kitchen chatting. perk of being a sahm
