veggie tofu stirfry - any ideas?

Sister staying tonight - she's a veggie and there is tofu in the fridge. Got any good recipes?

i use tofu sometimes if you cube it and added it to stir fry - I use beansprouts, cabbage (shredded) fine batons carrots, peppers, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms adn stir fry with either dash ot soy source or 5 spice powder.
alternative tofu chunks on skewers with vine toms mushroom onion baby corn etc are nice bbq or grilled serve rice / bread
