butternut squash......how to peel EASILY?!!

i love butternut squash! unfortunatly i dont like cutting my hands to shreds every time i try to peel it!
any suggestions on how to get the skin off easily?!

yes i was given a butternut squash from my mother in law and what a hard nut to crack..... i nearly amputated my hand trying to cut and peal it..

But went to a dinner party, a few weeks back and had it roasted it so that may be ok for hte little ones...

am glad my little one did not like the taste!

You just need a good peeler - before this one was available here I made my mum bring me 2 from America!

pointy dog......soft girly hands? ........i wish!!! try dry ,cracked,stubby nails,covered in paint/playdoh/glue or anything else us cms get on their hands in a days work!
suzy who gives a shit if its lazy or not to buy it ready done?! if it saves time when preparing dinner for a large amount of kiddies then im up for that!
and do you really think i wouldnt wash it before cooking it? ewwwww!!
