Can I freeze jam tarts?

Making some with children and want to know that really. Perhaps does anyone know a good website that lists all the frezzing do's and don'ts please

well you can freeze mince pies before you bake them so guess the same would apply to jam tarts.

Freeze in patty tin and transfer to bag - bake from frozen adding a few minutes.

Sounds like a yum idea, but the thought of a jam tart from freezer to oven to mouth so easily would blow my diet out the water!
