Lemon Chicken - Nice recipe please

Really fancy lemon chicken tonight, anybody got a nice recipe for it please

I have one for garlic lime chicken - chicken breasts rubbed with a mixture of bits then grilled/baked. Any good - sure you could substitute lemon. Let me know if you want it, just off to school, but back shortly!

Otherwise my MIL makes chicken lemon pie bu adding lemon zest and juice to the basic sauce/gravy with chicken pieces, topped with pastry. Really nice - sure you could serve without pastry.

I 've got a fowl one, will that do?

make a lemon butter and stuff it under the chickens skin and let it bake in the oven.
